By his no vote, he displays a disregard for everyone but the wealthy, Wall Street, and big pharma. The very name of this act should be enough to garner his support. We need a congressman who is a representative of all the people all the time and has genuine compassion. SC5 does not need a wealthy man with no empathy for the sick. Could it be that Ralph Norman believes an undeveloped fetus has more of a right to life than a woman? Could it be that Ralph Norman cares more about pharmaceutical profits adding to his stock portfolios than a cancer patient who will experience an $800 per dose price increase in 2020?  Is there any indication that Ralph Norman truly cares about the well-being of his constituents and is not firmly in the pocket of the anti-woman ultra-right, the gun-slinging NRA, and the pharmaceutical industry?
