Can it be that Ralph Norman does not care about the African American community and other minorities? That could explain why he did not vote on HR 4 - Voting Rights Advancement Act of 2019. The Act would help insure and secure voting rights in states that aggressively attempt to suppress voting. The bill passed the House without Norman’s vote.
